Our floor plans include spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments. Every layout comes fully furnished and includes private bedrooms and bathrooms for every resident, walk-in closets, in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed Internet.

Our calendar of resident events is designed to keep students engaged and help them build lifelong friendships. These activities range from pizza parties to resume-building classes to gaming tournaments. We also help residents connect to events at the University of North Carolina Asheville and around town, so they don’t miss a thing.
